Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Vorlumendhar, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our residential cleaning services.
Services
Vorlumendhar provides regular cleaning of residential premises without chemical treatment. Our services include natural cleaning methods and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Service Agreement
When you engage Vorlumendhar for cleaning services, you enter into a service agreement. This agreement includes the scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and cancellation policies. Both parties must agree to these terms before services commence.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Vorlumendhar, you are responsible for providing access to your property at agreed times, ensuring a safe working environment for our cleaning team, and communicating any specific requirements or concerns regarding the cleaning service.
Acceptable Use
When using Vorlumendhar's services and website, you agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting services
- Treat our staff and service providers with respect and professionalism
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services, website, or systems
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate termination of services and may subject you to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Vorlumendhar maintains insurance coverage for our cleaning operations. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- Customers are responsible for securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our cleaning visits
- We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured or items that were not disclosed to us prior to service
- We are not liable for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage to your property
Vorlumendhar maintains appropriate insurance coverage, and any claims for damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Vorlumendhar regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Our dispute resolution process includes:
- Direct communication: Contact us within 24 hours of the issue to discuss and attempt to resolve the dispute
- Good faith negotiation: Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably
- Mediation: If direct communication does not resolve the dispute, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Legal action: If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with applicable law
Claims must be reported to Vorlumendhar within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this timeframe may not be considered.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
By using Vorlumendhar's services, you consent to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts for any disputes that may arise, regardless of your location or the location where services are performed.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Liability

Payment Terms
Payment for Vorlumendhar cleaning services is due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept various payment methods as discussed during the consultation process.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule cleaning appointments with Vorlumendhar by providing at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
