Concerns reported after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for service corrections or refunds, though we will review each case individually.

Return Conditions

Service corrections or refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The cleaning service did not meet the agreed-upon standards or scope of work
  • Issues are reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Reasonable documentation or description of the issue is provided
  • Reasonable access to the property is available for re-cleaning, if required
  • The issue was not caused by customer interference or circumstances beyond our control

All return requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to inspect the property if necessary.

Return Shipping Costs

As Vorlumendhar provides residential cleaning services rather than physical products, shipping costs are not applicable. However, the following applies:

  • There are no shipping or delivery fees associated with service corrections
  • If a re-cleaning visit is required, there are no additional charges for the return visit when the original service did not meet standards
  • If a return visit is required due to customer-caused circumstances (such as denied access during original service), additional charges may apply

If you need to request a service correction or return, please follow these steps:

  2. Clearly describe the issue or areas of concern

We aim to resolve all service concerns within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.

Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Services that were completed as agreed and meet the agreed-upon standards
  • Issues caused by customer interference, denied access, or customer-provided incorrect information
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions that were not caused by our cleaning services
  • Normal wear and tear or damage that occurs during normal use
  • Concerns reported more than 24 hours after service completion, unless exceptional circumstances apply
  • Requests made after the satisfaction guarantee period has expired

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy is provided in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws. As a service provider, Vorlumendhar is committed to:

  • Complying with the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct
  • Meeting the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill
  • Ensuring services are fit for purpose and performed within a reasonable time

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled cleaning services with Vorlumendhar under the following conditions:

Advance Cancellation

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice:

  • No cancellation fee applies
  • For prepaid services, a full refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • You may reschedule the appointment without penalty

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice:

  • A cancellation fee may apply, typically up to 50% of the service cost
  • For prepaid services, a partial refund may be processed after deducting the cancellation fee
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property due to customer unavailability:

  • A no-show fee equal to the full service cost may be charged
  • No refund will be provided for prepaid services in no-show situations

Refund Procedure

If you are eligible for a refund, the following procedure applies:

  2. We will review your request and determine eligibility within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made.

For partial refunds, the refund amount will be calculated based on the specific circumstances and agreed upon before processing.
